About SODIC
SODIC (Sixth of October for Development and Investment) has developed real estate in Egypt since 1996, and since 2021 a consortium of Aldar Properties and ADQ has held a majority stake. Its projects include SODIC West, SODIC East, Eastvale, The Estates, June and Caesar.

SODIC (Sixth of October Development and Investment Company) is one of Egypt's oldest and largest listed developers, founded in 1996. Since 2021 its majority shareholder has been Aldar Properties together with ADQ, strengthening its balance sheet and expansion.
SODIC started in West Cairo with landmark Sheikh Zayed communities, then expanded east and to the North Coast, and is known for calm, low-density design and execution quality.
